Terms of Use
Last updated: September 30, 2026 · version 2.1
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of BolsoVerde ("BolsoVerde", "we"), including the bolsoverde.com website and the web app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and confirm you have read the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This is a translation for convenience; if it differs from the Portuguese version, the Portuguese version prevails.
1. Acceptance
Using the Service requires accepting these Terms. We record the date and the version accepted. When we publish a new version with relevant changes, we will ask for a new acceptance before you keep using the Service.
2. Who provides the Service
BolsoVerde is provided by Samuel da Cruz Santana, an individual registered in Brazil under CPF no. 041.318.995-31, reachable at contato@bolsoverde.com.
3. What the Service is
BolsoVerde is a finance tool for people who sell on delivery apps, marketplaces, with a card machine or over the counter, for service providers and for personal use. It lets you record sales per channel, fees, payouts, cash register, bills, income and expenses, and follow results based on the information you enter.
BolsoVerde is not a financial or payment institution: it does not receive, hold or transfer money. PIX charges created in the Service use the PIX key you registered, and the payment goes straight to your account.
The Service does not connect to sales platforms (such as iFood) or to your bank: the numbers are the ones you enter.
The Service has technical usage limits, such as maximum amounts, quantities and the size of texts and files. They are shown on the screens where they apply and may change to keep the Service stable.
4. Registration and Account
You must be 18 or older to create an account, and your registration details must be true and up to date.
You sign in with a code sent to your e-mail, a password or your Google account. You are responsible for keeping that access secure and must tell us if you suspect misuse.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities, fraud or money laundering; not to try to access other users' data or bypass security measures; not to overload, copy or reverse engineer the Service; and not to register other people's data without a legal basis to do so.
6. Subscription, Free Trial and Payment
BolsoVerde is a paid subscription service. To enter and edit information you need to be on the free trial or have an active subscription; otherwise the account is read-only, and you can still view and export your data.
Each account is entitled to one 30-day free trial, once, which requires a credit card to start. Nothing is charged during the trial. A few days before the trial ends, we tell you by e-mail the date it ends. If you do not cancel by then, the subscription starts and the price is charged to the card automatically and recurrently until you cancel.
The price, billing period and conditions are always shown before you subscribe. Price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from the following period.
You can cancel at any time in Settings → Subscription. If you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged; after it, cancelling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the period already paid. You may also withdraw within 7 days of the first charge for a full refund, under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
If a payment is declined, it is retried and you keep using the Service, with a notice on screen. If the payment is not settled, the account becomes read-only until it is. Your data remains available to view and export.
7. Estimates and Financial Information
Fees, amounts to receive, payout dates, profit, break-even point, tax set-aside and MEI limit tracking are estimates calculated from the data and percentages you enter. Actual fees depend on your contract with each platform and may change without notice.
BolsoVerde does not provide accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. Always check statements and platform reports and, when needed, consult an accountant before making decisions or meeting tax obligations.
8. Customer and Third-Party Data
When you register customer data (such as name, phone and notes) and link it to your sales, you are the controller of that data under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and must have a legal basis to process it. For that data, BolsoVerde acts as a processor: it handles the information only as your use of the Service directs and to provide the Service to you (art. 5, VI and VII, LGPD).
9. Privacy
Personal data is processed under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law no. 13,709/2018) as described in the Privacy Policy, available at bolsoverde.com/politica-de-privacidade.
10. Intellectual Property
The BolsoVerde brand, software, design and content belong to the provider. The data you enter remains yours.
11. Closing the Account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion permanently erases your data and files; before that, you can download a copy.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, with prior notice whenever possible.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Service may be interrupted for maintenance or because of third-party failures. To the extent permitted by law, BolsoVerde is not liable for decisions based on the Service's estimates or for losses caused by incorrectly entered data. Nothing in these Terms limits rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Relevant changes will be announced by e-mail or in the Service and will require a new acceptance. The version and date of the last update appear at the top of this page.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the user's place of residence have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
